Inquiry Response:
Closed from Friday, December 27th to Monday, January 6th.
We will resume responding to inquiries sequentially from 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 7th.

Orders and Shipping:
Orders placed by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 25th will be shipped within the year.
Orders placed after Tuesday, December 24th will be shipped sequentially from Tuesday, January 7th.
※Customers paying by bank transfer or convenience store payment, please make your payment by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, December 24th.

※Orders from the online shop are accepted 24 hours a day.

※Traffic congestion is expected during the New Year's holidays. While we will arrange delivery according to your specified date and time, please understand that there may be delays in delivery.
