Returns and exchanges 

・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience (wrong size, different from image, etc.).

Please check the product page carefully before purchasing.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the inquiry form, stating "Return" in the subject line.

*When returning an item, please return the product labels, bags, etc., as close as possible to their original delivered condition. Please use a courier service or Yu-Pack for returns, and be sure to keep the delivery slip from the courier. Our representative will contact you again after confirmation.

*Please check the contents of the package upon arrival.

 
We will bear the cost for exchanges of defective products and incorrect deliveries.

In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will replace it with a new one or an equivalent product after checking our stock. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of product arrival. We will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after this period, so please be aware.
