Curtains are generally functional, offering features like light blocking, fire resistance, and sound insulation.
While I appreciate the convenience these features might offer, I felt they wouldn't suit my room.
That's why I wanted a fabric that would let more natural light in.
When we say "fabric," there's a wide variety of materials, colors, and textures.
Lace alone can sometimes look cheap or shabby.
We were looking for a fabric that felt familiar yet sophisticated.
That's how we discovered Banshu-ori.
