We would like to inform you about the New Year holidays for our online shop, order fulfillment, and the operating hours of our physical stores.

Online Shop

Inquiries:
Closed from December 28th (Thursday) to January 8th (Monday).
We will resume responding to inquiries sequentially from 10:00 AM on January 9th (Tuesday).

Orders and Shipping:
Orders placed by 12:00 PM on Monday, December 25th will be shipped within the year.
Orders placed from Tuesday, December 26th onwards will be shipped sequentially from Wednesday, January 10th.
※Customers paying by bank transfer or convenience store payment, please complete your payment by 12:00 PM on Sunday, December 24th.

※Orders from the online shop are accepted 24 hours a day, every day.

※Traffic congestion is expected during the New Year holidays. While we will arrange delivery on your specified date and time, please be aware that there may be delays.
