Who says cushions have to be square? This is the idea behind BasShu's original W75 x L45cm long cushion (with inner cushion).
We focused on the natural fading and puckering expressions unique to selvage denim woven on old-fashioned power looms, creating a denim cushion with a strong presence. A small embroidery is subtly placed on the left side.
This size is more luxurious than a square and is also recommended as a headboard cushion. The inner cushion is filled with 100% small feathers, offering both durability and elasticity, ensuring long-lasting quality.

【Grandad Check Series】

Adhering to a traditional, rustic aesthetic, we created four original check patterns using indigo yarn. They are ordinary yet extraordinary, items you naturally reach for in your daily life. With the goal of creating such appealing fabrics, we meticulously crafted them in Banshu-ori, paying close attention to every step of the process: yarn, dyeing, and weaving. Fabrics made with such care possess a mysterious charm that draws people in. With the desire for them to be cherished and used for a long time, we named them "Grandad Check," like a grandfather's shirt.
