【About the Fabric and Design】

This multi-cloth is luxuriously made from selvage denim produced in Okayama, slowly woven on a power loom. The puckering at the stitched seams and the uneven shading of the faded color, intentionally shaved in parts, give it a distinctive finish. A small embroidery is placed on the lower right.


【Grandad Check Series】

We've created four original check patterns using indigo thread, focusing on a nostalgic, simple texture. We aimed for a fabric that is "ordinary but not ordinary," something you naturally reach for in your daily life. With this in mind, we crafted it with Banshu-ori, paying close attention to every step of the process: yarn, dyeing, and weaving. Fabrics made with care have a mysterious charm that attracts people. We named it "Grandad Check," like a grandpa's shirt, with the hope that people will cherish and use it for a long time.

・ Due to its nature, the color may fade easily, so please be careful.
・ It can be washed in a household washing machine, but it is recommended to wash it separately from other laundry.
・ Avoid using bleach or tumble drying.
・ Short spin cycles are recommended.



【About the Multi-Cloth 140×190cm】

This is a new size proposal: 140 cm wide x 190 cm, which is larger than the 100 cm width previously offered as curtains & slow. In addition to curtains, we recommend using its "multi-cloth" size in various ways. Drape it over a sofa, use it as a bedspread in the bedroom, a tablecloth for the dining table, or hang it as a room divider. We believe that if you can freely use your favorite fabrics, interior decorating becomes even more enjoyable.
