【 CONCEPT 】

We envisioned a BasShu zaisu (floor chair) that could be used in Western-style rooms without clashing with the interior. The size is slightly smaller than typical zaisu. The main body is designed by a domestic manufacturer with a focus on comfort, making it less tiring even after long periods of use, and providing excellent cushioning. Its compact size makes it ideal for studio apartments and for use in the living room with a kotatsu (heated table). The cover comes in three colors, each with a washed finish that brings out its unique texture. While simple, it pays attention to intricate design details and is meticulously crafted one by one through domestic sewing.

【About the Compact Zaisu Cover】

BEIGE is made from lightweight and friction-resistant ripstop fabric. It is heavily washed to give it a well-worn texture. The faded colors of the washed fabric blend seamlessly with any interior.
