Products purchased from the BasShu Online Store may be returned only if they meet the return conditions below.

＜Return Conditions＞*All of the following must apply:

・The product must be returned or the return procedure initiated within "7 days" of its arrival.
・The product must be deemed "unused" by our standards.
・The product must be unopened (accessories, defect tags, sales tags, boxes, etc., must be attached to the product).

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

・Products that have been "8 days or more" since their arrival.
・Products from which accessories, defect tags, or sales tags have been removed.
・Products that have been used once. ・Products that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession. ・Products for which the warranty or product tags have been lost.
・Products for which the packaging (bags, boxes, etc.) has been lost or damaged.
・Products purchased from other e-commerce sites.
・Returns due to customer convenience, such as "different from image," "size does not fit," or "ordered incorrectly."

※If returning a portion of a multiple-item purchase, please specify the applicable "product number."

Once the returned product arrives at our company, we will process the return and refund within 7 days.

If you wish to return a product purchased from a source other than the official online shop, please contact the online site where you purchased it directly.
