Semi-custom curtains with a natural texture
that blend into your life the more you use them

"I don't want plain curtains; I want curtains that let in gentle natural light."
Our original Ban-shu weave curtains were created with this in mind.

Curtains are generally functional, offering features like light blocking, fire resistance, and sound insulation.
While I think they would be convenient to use,

they don't suit my room, so I wanted a fabric that would allow more natural light to penetrate.

"Fabric" comes in various materials, colors, and textures.
Lace alone can look cheap and shabby.

I searched for a fabric that felt familiar yet had a sophisticated look,
and that's how I arrived at Ban-shu weave.

The fabric is a herringbone check with natural unevenness, made using old spinning machines.
By washing it, we've created a vintage-like fabric with a plump texture.

However, natural materials breathe, so they will expand and contract depending on the humidity and dry conditions.
We hope you can accept this with a relaxed attitude.

In addition, the combination of a pale red base and light blue creates an accent in the room.
These vintage-like curtains in a simple space are sure to become a symbol of your room.

Please enjoy the changing expressions throughout the day, seasons, and weather.
