Semi-custom curtains with a natural texture that blends into your life the more you use them

"I want curtains that aren't plain and let in gentle natural light."
Our original Banshu-ori curtains were created with this in mind.

Generally, curtains are functional, offering light blocking, fire resistance, sound insulation, and so on.
While they might be convenient in practice,

they didn't suit my room, so I opted for a fabric that would let in more natural light.

"Fabric" comes in various materials, colors, and textures.
However, lace alone can sometimes look cheap or shabby...

I was looking for a fabric that felt familiar yet refined.
That's when I discovered Banshu-ori.

The fabric features a deep mini-check pattern created with dobby weaving.

A special washing process creates a delicate wrinkled texture,
resulting in a soft and gentle finish.

However, natural materials breathe, so they will expand and contract depending on dry conditions or humid seasons.
We would be delighted if you could embrace this with a relaxed attitude, not minding such details.

They are also recommended as room dividers, not just for windows.
Their moderate translucency creates a refreshing impression rather than a closed-off one.

Enjoy the ever-changing expressions throughout the day, seasons, and weather.
