While not exactly "eagerly,"
I've been looking for a living room sofa for about a year now,
and last weekend, I finally bought one.
More than anything, I'm happy that I was able to make a (big) purchase so pleasantly.
This is because my husband is quite particular (?) about customer service,
and has a sensitive temperament.
If the service isn't to his liking, he won't buy it.
For example,
even if we go in fully intending to buy something,
his mood visibly sours.
He never acts unpleasant towards the staff,
but quietly makes the decision "not to buy" (lol).
And me, if that happens,
it's too much of a hassle,
so I just think, "Well, let's skip it today."

However, last week was great.
He actually said,
"The service is good, should we buy it?"
It happened!
I eagerly agreed with a "Yeah!"
We quickly decided on the upholstery and left the store.
The person who helped us was a woman in her 20s.
She had a gentle, calm demeanor,
but every interaction was precise and efficient.
She sensed what we were concerned about
and answered accurately.
I'm sure she decided that this kind of service would be best for us,
but she just had an excellent "intuition" in that regard.
Such "good intuition" is hard to come by.
There are many different stores,
but I prefer service where they leave you alone at a comfortable distance.

By the way, the kind of customer service I dislike is when,
while I'm deliberating,
they give generic advice,
or throw in easy-to-sell product information,
or explain designs that are already visually obvious.
... I wrote this honestly, and it turned out unexpectedly harsh.
Are we similar after all? (lol)
Everyone has a different idea of a "comfortable" distance,
so you can't simply define good customer service,
but ultimately, it reveals the person's true nature, doesn't it?
To the store clerk in Jiyugaoka,
we were able to buy the sofa thanks to you!

However, the excitement of choosing upholstery is irresistible.
I used to think it was cool when I saw men choosing fabrics for their suits, but
I got to experience that feeling.
Ah, I can't wait for it to arrive.
