Since last week, I've been on a business trip with the director to Guangzhou, China, and Hong Kong.

When I go overseas, I can always think about the brand more objectively.

Drinking with the Hong Kong night view as an accompaniment, we had a rare work discussion.

 

And so, we came to the conclusion:

"Let's actively recruit new people!"

 

Specifically, we're looking for a planning position.

To be honest, we're not exactly short-staffed right now,

but as we aim to further strengthen the BasShu brand, we believe it would be great to have more team members to build it together.

There are no strict requirements like a typical job posting.

For example, if you have any of the following motivations:

・"I want to create this kind of product with BasShu."

・"I want to open a store."

・"I want to try this in the interior industry."

・"I want to promote BasShu overseas."

...Basically, anything is fine, as everyone's motivations are different.

 

A planning position might sound like "design work only," but

we're looking for someone with a broad perspective as a team member who can help boost the brand, not just practical skills like using Illustrator and writing specifications.

Industry experience is also not required.
